Polices & Procedures
Drops: I plan to do drops every other week. These are limited to only 15 items per print. This number may change in the future. Turn around time is 21-28 business days.
RTS: Right now there isn't much on the website for ready to ship items. I do have an overstock of fabric on hand, so feel free to email me for customs!
Cancellations: On drops, if you cancel before the alloted turn around time you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. That fee covers the fee that Shopify charges me to process your initial order payment.
Returns: Returns are accepted upon a case by case basis. I'm very open with returns and issues, as well as fixing those issues. I hate hate hate unhappy customers and will do whatever within reason to fix the situation for you.
I'm only human and make mistakes. If you need to return something to me due to a flaw that was my fault, I will email you a return label. This label must be printed and you must have the items sent back within three business days. I will gladly fix the items for you & reship them within the same time frame, three business days. I am a mom, wife, student, employee and business owner. Not to be harsh, but I want to fix the situation ASAP and not have either one of us sitting around for a resolution.


If you ever get a product that you are unhappy with, returns will be a case by case basis but here are some things you should know! 

• Shipping for replacements and returned items will be your responsibility.

• Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis as I see fit. (Shipping will not be refunded.)

• Refunds/Replacements WILL NOT be granted for items that are damaged during shipping or were damaged by buyer.

• Refund/Replacements WILL NOT be granted for items that are ordered in the wrong size (headwraps, future products, etc.) Please be sure to measure accurately. If you have any questions about the measuring process, please reach out. We also have an album of size charts in our FB group, as well as in the photographs of the items on my site.

• Refunds/Replacements WILL NOT be given for bows that have been untied. You may choose to pay shipping to send it back and have it retied and reshipped, or purchase a new bow. TLOC works hard to ensure that each and every bow is tied securely and won’t be able to come untied without struggle. 

• Refunds/Replacements will not be issued for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You may choose to purchase insurance for your package if you would like, by clicking the Route Shipping Insurance at checkout.
